Fitness Background: Have been involved in athletics as long as I can remember, but most notably played collegiate football for 5 years as a kicker/punter. Always looking to get involved in new fitness competitions as well!
Favorite Movements / Strengths: Explosive movements such as power cleaning/Agility work. Getting from point A to B is as quick as possible.
Coaching Style:
Why I Coach: Every boxer needs a cut-man in their corner to help them overcome the adversity of a fight. Weightlifting is a fight against gravity and our own mind, and I enjoy being the voice of confidence for others to help them accomplish more than they think is possible!
Fun Fact (Non-Fitness): Putting milk in cereal is ludicrous and I will not voluntarily make my cereal soggy
