Deadlift, DB Hang Snatch, GHDs, and Burpees =)

 

Coaching Style:

Hands-on coaching with a personal touch for every member in my class. I want to understand what makes you “tick” and continue to make PR Star a place you thrive in more ways than one!

 

Why I Coach: 

In hopes to leave the same positive impact on people that fitness and sport has left on me!

I have never had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich--WILD I KNOW!
