Fitness Background:
Played basketball, baseball, soccer, hockey, and ran track at various lengths ranging from youth sports through collegiate level. Studied Kinesiology in college and have been working in sports in some capacity ever since.

 

Favorite Movements / Strengths:
Power Cleans, Grunt Work

 

Coaching Style:
Focus on form, ROM, and technique - then build strength and intensity.

 

Why I Coach:
I genuinely love watching people progress and accomplish their health and fitness goals.  It’s very rewarding to be a part of that journey.

 

Fun Fact (Non-Fitness):
My all time favorite treat is Cinnabon.
